Brief introduction:
Well my names Jeremy, I'm 18 years of age, although this has been explained. I'm a very matured individual, with a strong stance of determination. I'm currently studying a Diploma in Business & Management, and I hold a Certificate IV in Multimedia & IT. I'm out of school, loving life, just living at home with my mum. I tend to go out on the weekends to enjoy the time I get with my friends, and throughout the week, I go to the gym 3 days in a row, then 1 day break. I'm from Australia, so I do love going to the beach and bodyboarding/surfing. I'd also like to mention I can become quite a grammar freak, but it's just because I am used to being in moderation, moderators do need so that players can fully understand.

What are your current hours of playing time (approximate)?
To be honest, a rough approximate would be at least over 1000 hours of playing. It may not seem like that on this account that I'm applying on, but I do vary on my alias's.

Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III:
Well I'd like to first start off with Warcraft III. I'm a very old player, surprisingly I know the majority of my accounts throughout my entire time playing. I started playing in 2003, first starting on Line Tower Wars, and which I ended up making my own clan which was the best on US.West, we were undefeated. But after LTW, I ended up starting off at Naruto Wars, then 3rd Shinobi Wars, then Naruto vs Bleach and then, Naruto Wars Unlimited, so you could say I'm an old player. I'm known as, and to many people as either, Solidiss, AvP or TakeNRun, but now also RharH, being my new account.

Now I'd like to drop that topic and start with the moderation. Now this might not be as necessary in any relevance, but throughout my online times, with RuneScape Private Servers, I'd been a server moderator, administrator, head administrator, forum moderator, forum administrator and also forum developer. I started RSPS in 2006, and nearly ever server I've been to, I've always been moderator, well server moderator. I've never ever been demoted, I resigned all my positions as I love experiencing all servers, but then I focused on forum moderating because being a freelancing graphic designer, I just had the passion for it. But lets get down to business. In moderation, I am never bias towards anyone, even if they're my friends in real life in comparison to someone I don't know, I feel that everyone should be treated as an equal when it comes to this sort of situation. I am a dominant person, very grammatical, I try and hear both sides of the story, and sort out problems, but when it comes to banning in game, I make sure I have 100% proof, so that I assure I made a good decision, but I also love to hear feedback and other moderators opinions, because it's learning at the end of the day. I'm a strong leader, although I may have my ups and downs with some players, I tend to just resolve it quickly and move on.

Why do you want to become a game moderator?
Because I feel I can make a difference, and also give an addition in my timezone, being an Australian, but also focusing on the NWU bans/problems. I have played since the very start, which was Naruto Wars so I feel that is also a benefit as I know what I'm looking for, plus I know what I need to do.

What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community?
A stronger, stable and more user-friendly environment towards bans, player problems, support and in general a great listener. I am also as stated above, in the field of Graphic Design with my certificate, so I can also be of assistance with forums/website etc if you require any assistance. I've handled forums; MyBB, phpBB, SMF, IP.Board & vBulletin, and I can also code in these languages; HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript.

Closing Statement:
At the end of the day, I'm like a normal average player, just looking for a new experience in moderating for Warcraft III, and in fact, your hosting bots. I am no different to anyone else, nor should I be treated higher or lower than anyone who enters these forums. It's all about learning and making Enterprise a whole safer environment for the gaming users who play on your bots. If this makes any difference, I've read both the ENT game and forum rules to ensure I have stability over what I'm controlling, and on my performance.

I don't see many issues with your behavior but I would like to touch on some points before you can garner my approval.

For starters when would be a good time to use the !mute command? Would you !ban in game or take the time to fill it out on the forum?

I understand that sometimes when games get competitive that things can get heated but could you attempt to compose yourself to the best of your ability(not saying you haven't but still wanting to know)? Remember that while we don't require you to be a saint, the way you act in-game not only reflects you but the ENT staff/community as a whole.

It would really help if you had any links to ban requests. Do some appeals as well to show us how you judge situations.

For the !mute command, I would rarely use it, but in general I would only use for 2 examples; 1. If a player is consistent on flaming or trolling, or being very disrespectful, but wouldn't be permanent. 2. Muting 2 players for 30secs-1minute if they were both arguing just to solve problems.

For the !ban command, I'd take the time to fill it out on the forums, I wouldn't !ban in-game unless it was for a certain reason for instance; If a player got mad and decided to spam couriers to feed the opponents, then in that case I would, but I'd still probably just kick the player instead then make a forum thread, but other than that, I couldn't see any relevance to me using it in-game.

I will look into your ban requests momentarily. Your answers have satisfied me though to say the least on that. I like that you would use the !mute for reasons such as solving arguments and I also like your explanation on the !ban command where you actually would not use it and just up and kick someone who's game ruining instead. Your knowledge of the games makes me at ease to the point where you would know where to judge the use of the !kick command as well.

I support this application but I want to leave it open to get other's thoughts.

It would be of great help if you could link the requests you've put thought into and edit it in your OP, also if you could do a couple of appeals I would appreciate that as well since appeals are part of the package. Just explain in detail why you would support or not support their unban.

Yes I admitted to having the MH, but if you also read it was used for the Battle.Net icons, not for the NWU gameplay, which I also stated that once I played once game with bLacKBeaR, that account was banned after that game, because of it, in which I deleted the maphack and have never used it since. The pinghack was because I couldn't find a fogclicker, because a friend of mine told me it was called FLOGclicker. I've had 2 ban requests made by myself, which 1 was denied, and the other I asked to close because I was over petty situations, and rivalry with you's, but now you've come back to try and attempt to insult me.

In what what when I accuse others do you mean, other than if I have a noob on my team I try and tell them to play a certain way so they don't feed or don't play stupidly? Then yeah, that's right, but what ever else you're thinking, you need to get off your high horse and let it go. I'm not an abuser of power like you willer, aka you and your MHing crew, so don't try and feed the hate out, thanks.

@karasu. Yes I would be able to, as on one of my other accounts, I'm actually in Clan POPE, so I only go on that account when I play Civ Wars, but to the actual topic in general, yes I would be able to stay on top of the situation.

@DreathKnight I doubt I'd do anything, judging on the fact it's only me. In all honesty, I'd probably warn him first to stop before I'd mute. If he continued, I'd mute for about 30seconds-1minute, if after that it still happened, and was becoming excessive, then I'd mute for the whole game. If the player was on the opposing team, I'd do the command where it's allys only chat allowed, so no all chat, so that I wouldn't have to put up with it, nor have to use any commands to in someway offend the player.

I'd also like to mention, please don't listen to Willer. or the rest of the LaG crew. They've always had hate against me, and tried to have me banned on a numerous amount of occasions, but all have been denied. They just love to flame me judged on my gameplay, which in their case is too good for them so it must be hacks, but they don't realize they aren't the best players on NWU.

I mean I'm with cyber, why host dota? I don't know much about nwu but if this guy is willing to be active unlike some then I'd be willing to give him a shot. It's no lie that there are people who have extremely low activity. In any event I've spoken about all I can on this. I don't really feel comfortable making a decision on this app in particular though but I do support you for the most part.

I know I'm probably not supposed to write here.

However, i just wish to point out, that he wrote that he started playing actively in 2003. Also had the best clan on East for LTW. He was 8 years old in 2003, and perhaps 9 or 10 when he said he moved on to another custom in WC3. I find it hard to believe that a child, would become the best at anything computer related. Unless he's a genius, however, then he wouldn't be spending his time living with his mom and bodysurfing instead of becoming a billionaire.
