Any further thoughts:
Initially, I saw this player in lobby with 0 losses, and then I lost the corresponding game with him on my team. I saw him a few days later with still 0 losses, so I got suspicious and confronted him. He didn't reply pre-game and when the game started he left immediately (as if he was caught). He continues to have 0 losses, but I found the following games where he lost:

Somehow he has tricked the ENT stats system to not record his losses (and possibly false wins?)
