I reckon that durations for maphack should be, at the very least 6 months. Same goes for users claiming to be someone else, since unbanning AkKnu also means unbanning the maphacker. Tough luck.

@bit, i never had mh?! The guy i am living with, refused to get rid of it so i stopped playing with him, for a while. After a month or two, he finally deleted it.
